A confirmation template, not a promise of delivery.
Ask your hotel whether it accepts parcels for your booking before ordering. Confirm the recipient name, Chinese address, usable contact number, storage arrangements and any fees directly with the property.
Ask the seller for an arrival estimate and leave enough time before checkout. A delivery estimate can change; decide what you will do if the parcel arrives after you leave.
